Hear from our happy customers

"After 7 months of hip pain, an MRI-confirmed labral tear, and an orthopedic consult that offered little more than 'live with it,' I started the program. By phase two, my pain had dropped from a constant ache to 1/10 at worst — and for the first time in months, I'm sleeping pain-free."

Great video. I just subscribed and liked all your videos. I wish you were in Buffalo NY. My doctors stink. I learn more about my injury on youtube and chatgpt than from them. 20 months ago I overdid it in the gym after being sedentary for 4 years. I have a have a pinching pain in my groin. it is 100% relieved when I bend over, sit down or use a shopping cart. I have an MRI confirmed labara tear. I think I have all the symptoms of lumbar spinal stenosis and neurogenic claudication. I'm having a hard time finding the right Dr. and PT- It can't be that rare of a condition to have both issues but no one I've seen knows much. I'm working on getting a back MRI - the last Dr I saw said my symptoms didn't warrant one.
